LoL acc for Rocket League

Hello this might not be the best place to post this but I'm giving it a go.
so...
(H) LoL Acc lvl 30, 37 champs, 3 skins - 1 is rare(season 1), EUW, lvl 30 unranked, 2 full rune pages, 2271 IP (Influence Points) and 30 RP (Riot Points), I've evalueted it and came to the price 38$ which i self think was too much.
