When you say "thrown in the mix again" you mean update the rule to be less restrictive or create the GA again? Because the latter isn't really an option if you have any entries (even 1). You can delete such GAs, but you would lose GA slots.

Most probably these games will be thrown in a public GA and i shall add some others that might attract more people..i have time until Sunday then i shall be away for at least a month. About the less restrictive rule : i only enforce the rule of not having won anything and be level 1 nothing more(is it that restrictive? especially with the fact you can be level 1 with 0.01$ GA..)

If you get any entries for these GAs before they finish you won't be able to create public GAs for them. You will need to deliver the key to the winner, even if he/she is the only entry. The only other option is to delete the GAs, but then you lose GA slots for each deleted GA.
To see how many slots you currently have, start creating a new GA. You will see at the top of the screen something like "You're able to create up to X additional gifts based on your giveaway feedback".
Not having won anything is a very restrictive rule. That's why you have so few entries. Remove this and you will easily get more entries, especially if you post it in another thread (this thread's title doesn't invite those who already won).

Just to clarify this in case it hasn't been said already: having less than five entries only mean that you won't get any CV towards your level from it and that's all. The winner is still a winner like in any other giveaway even if theirs was the only entry.

You don't have to give up on CV. It's easy to get more entries. Quote from the OP:

Changed admission rules to permit a more lenient entry, so people that still want any/some games are welcomed to join in the GAs of their preference. MAX ENTRIES per GA is 6 people so you have good odds.

I don't think you need to worry too much about getting the giveaway to have only 5 or 6 entries. Even 10 entries would provide much better odds than what most people will ever get from other giveaways. Keep it simple :-)

that is actually what i did..limit on 10 for every game, at least it leaves with some free time instead of checking the website every 30 min :). so is the ip block problem over now ?
edit: your comment in that thread about "perpetual 5" brought new entries galore, now it's 4/5 people on every entry, so mission accomplished i guess :)

As for the filter, you could achive the same thing by just leaving the custom rule num_won==0&&num_sent>=1 and not defining any of these:
