Just for the mere fact they're selling their subscription at a loss (I don't think a small unknown shop convinced a major AAA game publisher to sell them the game cheaper than all the major shops around).

I would say that this is more of a bait to get people to sign up for the 1 year subscription.
As stated on the website, every month you will get a game worth up to 20€.
If they get at least few people to sign up for the year subscription, they can then just give them some random trashy games and keep all the profits.
tl;dr: It's just HB choice, but much worse.

We are not trying to bait anyone to subscribe to a year subscription, and of course we are not Humble Bundle, I have a Humble Choice myself lol. More subscribers mean more great deals. You have all the rights to be skeptical but we're trying to bring good value games since it's only a one game every month.

It just doesn't help much to the skepticism that there aren't any visible plans for the future (what games can be expected in the future?) and that the store is brand new (+ the stuff with not enough keys and the possible region restrictions, but those are kinda understandable, due to a lot of unexpected customers).
I probably won't buy it now, but if it will be good in the future, I guess I will change my mind.

I can confirm that it works. However I was unable to sign up at Keysub page, tried several times. Solution: I went to Keysora and signed up there, then went to the Keysub page and subscribed there for one month successfully
