Well it depends what you're style of play. Are you loud and obnoxious? Are you organized and making a sort of walkthrough? Or are you just a boring guy playing a boring game? All depends. For example, I'm kinda random and funny, so I'm making a blind LP of Amnesia
It really depends on what you know about the game, how informative you are and what you want to do with an lp.

Some more hype will be around it since a new Amnesia game was just recently announced.

Damn, I thought you meant you were making a Les Paul lol. My suggestion would be do Half-Life. There are a couple of interesting mods you can find on Moddb.

Arx Fatalis, Chaser, Far Cry 1, Gothic II, the HL1 expansions, any of the Oddworld games, any of the Penumbra games, either of the Red Faction games you have, Saira, Sonic CD, Spellforce, any Star Wars game you have, The Scourge Project (unless it's horrible, I want it but have no clue how it is); Any of these would be awesome as I'm not sure if it's just me, but I personally love watching LPs of games that are rarely if ever played by LPers.
