Blossom Tales is supposedly one of those games (Pretty much everyone compares it to A Link to the Past)

Oh, I like this thread! Oceanhorn was certainly one of my favorites.
One that's seriously like the Minish Cap is Stories of Bethem: Full Moon. It's a great game, even has a trading game, but the mana system is a bit annoying.
I think Fable is sorta close to 3D Zeldas, what with chickens and all!

World to the West is enjoyable. It's very much in the style of Link to the Past.

I 100% that one. Fun game overall, but also heavily flawed.
A few thoughts;
-It's very glitchy. I had numerous times where I got stuck in walls and such and had to reload (just go to title screen and back in, no need to exit the entire game). The ice slide move you get later on especially has a bug where if you don't press the button that activates it rapidly while changing screens you may end up in an infinite loop.
-Don't expect any payoff story wise, the ending doesn't properly conclude anything. The main reason I did everything in the game was in hopes of unlocking a real ending, but sadly there isn't one.
-The bosses in general aren't fun, in fact I'd consider them to be the worst parts of the game.
-You wont get any achievements until several hours into the game. It took so long that I actually thought they were broken at first.

I glitched out in a certain section covered by rocks which made me break the whole games sequence and skip a bunch of chapters. Couldn't roll back what I did, so ruined the game for myself. I'll try to do another play it again some other time.

Its worth it if you're a fan but it's not nearly as good as the first.

I just saw Owlia is still on Steam which is awesome for anyone who wants it. Back in December the devs made an announcement that the game was being removed from Steam and lots of people bought it due to that reason. It's 6 months later and it's still there.

Hyper light drifter is a good game, not really zelda though. It's more combat focused and a lot more narrow in scope, no sidequests etc. More like titan souls I think.
Okami is of a similar vein to the Zelda games, but obviously more the post ocarina of time ones.

It's pretty much the closest clone you'll get about Zelda short of emulating Nintendo consoles.

Finding Teddy 2 copies the style of Zelda 2: Adventure of Link

It's dangerous to write this list alone... add this

btw...
in my humble opinon Bastion it's an amazing game but it's not a zelda-like one.

It's still in development, but Hazelnut Bastille is clearly inspired by A Link to the Past, and it looks fantastic.

This game looks pretty kool. I'm gonna follow it when it makes it to Steam. Thanks for posting :)

Some Zelda'ish games no ones mentioned yet:
Cat Quest
Cornerstone: The Song of Tyrim
Hardland
Mages of Mystralia
Super Cane Magic ZERO
Xanadu Next
Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles
Zwei: The Arges Adventure
Hakoniwa Explorer Plus
Rogue Heroes (this one might even be ripping some art from the SNES Zelda...)
And don't forget the other Ys games (Origin, Felhana, Seven, etc.), you only mention Ys 1&2.

It's unfortunately not on Steam but I'd like to recommend Alundra. It's one of my favourite games ever, it has a great story (which gets darker as it progresses), challenging platforming and some of the best puzzles I've seen in a game. There's also a vast world map for you to explore, with a lot of optional/secret stuff to unveil.
Also there's Landstalker which is in a way its predecessor. I didn't get around to play it much but up to where I got to (3 dungeons in) I really liked it, albeit I found the diagonal controls somewhat difficult getting used to.

+1 for Evoland 2. Great game.
Oceanhorn was okay, not really Zelda-great.
Psychonauts is fantastic, but only slightly Zelda-esque.

many of the more recent Zelda games have a some 3D platformer elements, and a lot of puzzle solving. Psychonauts has a bit of puzzle solving. It's a stretch, hence the "only slightly," but I love me some Zelda games and I really enjoyed Psychonauts.

"console Zelda has a different feel from the older and portable Zelda games." ?
I assume you mean 3D zelda games. The NES and the SNES were not portable, but they were consoles ;)
Evoland 1 & 2 are Zelda-like in sections. 2 moreso than 1. But they're genre-blenders so other parts aren't like Zelda at all.
YS Oath in Felghana, Origins and Ark of Napishtim get reasonably close in core gameplay.

Does it qualify? Reminds me a lot of classic Zelda on some regards (even has quite a few references to it)

I know of a few but I really don't know if I missed any. If you don't know of some on Steam, what about off?
Only ones I know of are as follows:
Anodyne is kind of like Link's Awakening but with eldritch horror mixed in.
Oceanhorn
Ittle Dew 2 and i guess 1?
Shipwreck is very much like Zelda gbc games, complete with multiple dungeons and the big boss fights.
Secrets of Grindea
Wanderlust
Bastion
Ys 1&2
There are others but they're either similar to Zelda 2 (Elliot Quest and Super Chibi Knight) or felt a lot like the console Zelda (Darksiders and Lili: Child of Geos). One could make the argument that the ones like Zelda 2 are not Zelda-likes at all while console Zelda has a different feel from the older and portable Zelda games.
For people who don't read paragraphs:
Darksiders, Lili: Child of Geos, Elliot Quest and Super Chibi Knight
