can someone help me how to use sgtools ?

lately, i've made a lot of support ticket to requesting a new winner after my GA was end, because after i check the winner profile , they have multiple winning and/or not activated win, so i recently want to try feature from SGtools, but i have a problem here,

after i make GA, then going to this site http://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/manage , the system said that " Error: Giveaway is not private "
but i sure make that invite only GA (you can check my profile)

can someone help me how to use this feature or i just missing something,

Maybe region restriction messes up with tool?

maybe, since i rarely see someone make region restriction GA using SGtools
