either way i just loved far cry 3 , awesome graphic , good missions , and i love open world islands !

Both are great, but FC3 is better IMO.

Far cry 3,because the story is brilliant!

honestly, both games are fun but lack of replayability.

Borderlands 2.

I'd choose Far Cry 3.

Whichever one you can get on sale first.

BL2 is very much the same as BL1. Which is both good and bad, and while it did improve things and address some of BL1's shortcomings, it still has problems of its own.

Far Cry 3 is at least somewhat refreshing, especially after Far Cry 2.

But really, you're going to have fun with both so just wait for one to go on sale first. Both actually have a pretty good chance at going on sale again in about 2-4 weeks at at least one site.

FC 3

Borderlands 2 if you have friends to play with, Farcry 3 if its just you.
Farcry 3 also has a co op mode, but its unrelated to the story and not open world. Still fun though. Also, generic CoD style multiplayer

Borderland 2 for a cartoonish action-comedy with friends

Far Cry 3 for straight shooters or focusing on the action part, more for solo players

Both games are good for me! Can't choose :p
