They give themselves up to 48 hours to notify the winners, that doesn't mean it takes that long every time, just, if somehow you know you won and weren't notified within 48 hours, you could complain about a breach of contract. Don't know how anyone would determine if they didn't notify people in time...

The winners of the first day were already posted on the Steam User Forums.

Anyways, anytime DS3 goes on sale I just get mad that DS1 and 2 are not available seperately.
