My steam community inventory has been cleansed O.o

as the title says all-of-a-sudden my steam inventory doesnt contain any trading cards, winter sale cards, emoticons, or backgrounds. somehow when I edit my profile I see all my backgrounds available and I can change between them, if you enter my profile you will see the CSGO background but if you check my inventory you will see no backgrounds nor emoticons O.o, does anyone else have this problem also this has just happened.

It has been fixed now. Steam is really buggy those days.

I checked my friend's inventory and his cards were there so I thought it was only me, sorry for the useless topic I made for no reason :/ also my community stuff are still missing tho...

You don't need to be sorry... You have problem, so you'll ask - it's normal, and since you even post it in "Off-topic", no problems at all. Your items are back I see.

Np :D Happened to me once that after activating a russian ROW game, Steam went down, and I was shocked. I thought they blocked my IP or something. I didn't use VPN to activate the game though :D

It's RU-CIS
I had RU games from 4 pack opening. There was a "glitch", that RU 4 packs spawned ROW gifts. That's how I got Dying Light, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris and PAYDAY 2 Completely Overkill Pack for cheap. Since they were ROW gifts, and I didn't need any kind of VPN, I didn't violate Steam ToS.

With that Defy Gravity you can't do much, Gift it to a russian friend, or make a region restricted GA.

Thanks for the info also its a horrible game if there was a recycle bin in my inventory i would throw it there anyway :V

Happened to me once. No items at all were visible, even to others. I also opened ticket to support. My inventory showed after two days, and support replied after two weeks (sic!) saying, that the inventory should be visible soon as sometimes it may lag. :D
That was my first time using support, does it always take so long for them to reply?

yep they locked my account once and it took them 3 months to reply, maybe its not the same feeling compared to 2 weeks :v

Every now and then, Steam removes the items, sends them out to be cleaned and freshened up (they are steam cleaned of course), and then returns them to where they were. Most of the time people don't notice it happening, but when they do, they get worried cause there is no note or anything, Steam support is over worked after all.

happy holidays to you too :), I remeber when i first joined steam when payday the heist was free i grapped it then played for a while till one card was dropped i was very happy then like a week later the card completely disappeared from my inventory and till now it never appeared again, sad story :(-_
