Oh okay woops I saw I won it right before going to bed last night, but I didn't have time to try the key until this morning. I had to leave right after I checked it :/ ended up forgetting to remove the mark. But thank you! I'll remember that if it happens again.

For now, contact the creator of the giveaway and let him or her know that the key was invalid. (Double-check the key to make sure you typed it in correctly.) If the creator is unable to provide you with a working key or gift you a copy, contact Support and tell them what happened.
