I've looked and i haven't found a way. If you want to google it yourself, look for a way to change the LANGUAGE ("idiom" means something different in English). Maybe check the language in Windows configuration, or check the game's properties from your steam library.

A search on the matter seems to indicate that there is a Japanese-only censored version of the game [which only has Japanese language support], and an international version [which doesn't have Japanese as a language option]. Thus, if you're getting Japanese, you'd have to be installing the Japanese version of the game.

I couldn't find a reliable source to back that up (though I found it mentioned in several places), but that would be a reasonable explanation for your issue.

Note that purchasing or downloading the game while in Japan seems to lock you to the Japanese version/patch the game to it, respectively.

Also, an idiom is a commonly spoken expression that means something other than its literal meaning.
