I had no idea , today I noticed from this

I did not know that the games on offer, the promotional price was applied to the giveaway in steamgifts , I thought it only were affected bundle games .. example .. "Lucius" game price 19.99, steam offer 90% off , special price 1.99 , steamgifts recognizes 1.99 ...
Do not think many people want to do giveaways, with these rules.

Once bundled you will only get 15% of its USD steam price. (unless the 15% has changed again) It will not come off the bundle list.

Well, sooner or later most of the games will get bundled. Best course of action is to give out newly released titles then.

for this reason , maybe the variety of games is altered, example .. many F.E.A.R games, buying them a bundle and create giveaway for full price
