I did not get a card of summer sales for buying games. Please Help

Hello, I bought in Steam Summer Sale games for € 16.95. I got one card. When I bought another game for € 12.59, Steam wrote that gets 2 cards, but I got nothing, so I still have only one card for shopping. When I click on How to get more cards, it says
Summer Getaway cards are Awarded for Purchases made on the Steam Store. You have spent Approximately $ 16.31 USD in the store since the sale Began. But I bought the games for almost € 30. What should I do? How i can get these cards? Sorry for bad English.

And that line is total bullshit. Steam trading cards are digital goods, just a line of code. They are infinite. However, it is possible they only allow a certain amount of cards to be around. So that might be why some of us have to wait a while for our cards to appear.

I didn't get 3 cards for my very latest purchase, but I'm not really worried about it. It's only like 40 cents worth of cards. Not worth opening a ticket and going through all that crap just to get them.
