Creator is maybe offline, its not instant u need wait to him to click to send key. 1 hour is nothing, he have 7 days to send u game

Don't click received until you actually get the key.

The person giving it away has to now add in a key... they have up to a week to do so...

Click again on "Received" to un-receive it. Only click "received" after you activated a game in your account.
The GA creator has to authorise that you see the key. They have up to 7 days to do so. Just wait.

You should not really mark it as received before receiving the key. The creator may want to add you on Steam to send it to you, he may send it you by email or it can later appear on your won giveaways page (he needs to confirm it). Either way he has 7 days to send you the key.

You shouldn't click Received until you've actually received the key. Good news is you can fix this by clicking Not Received now.

Also, except the things that have been already said, have you considered that it may be a steam gift? :P

Heres what happens,
Giveaway ends, Winner is notified they won NOTHING MORE is automated
Gifter is notifed that thier giveaway has ended, NOTHING MORE is automated

THEN Gifter has 7 days to press a button that would actually let the key be revealed on your side (or 7 days to gift it via steam/email)
This is because the gifter may want to check to see if you are not a rule breaker first, no one wants to gift things to bad eggs
or maybe because the gifter may be busy so they have 7 days to take thier time

The Winner must wait for when the gifter allows the key to be revealed/gift to be sent, dont click received until u actually receive and activate the key
