Gleam giveaways?

I couldn't find anything in the rules, are gleam giveaways still allowed to be posted here?
I know some are terrible with like joining 5 steam groups and whatnot.

If they have even 1 mandatory entry to steam group, twitter/twitch follow, facebook/instagram like or visiting some ref link (like they all usually do) - against rules.

In past few months only gleam giveaways that were advertised here and their threads weren't closed by support were for King's Guard TD and Masked Shooters 2 by dev. They had only 1 button - to visit steamgifts.com.
Create support ticked and ask them to give you green or red light about concrete site you want to advertise.
