Can´t create giveaway

i like to create a giveaway fpr the game Pid (http://store.steampowered.com/app/218740/), but it´s not in the list. What can I do?

you can drop the key on the forums or create giveaway on other giveaway sites that let people to create giveaways for the games that were given free.
