I think the best course would be to email inbox@steamgifts.com and ask them to make it pick another winner.

People always assume the worst, just remember: He might have entered the contest, and won / purchased the games himself in the time since then. Hell, he might have won Indie Bundle 2 and then purchased Indie Bundle 3 and gotten the second one for free. Or won them in another contest and forgotten all about yours.

He never said the OP nor anyone in the thread made any assumptions. You are the only one making assumptions here. He was just making a simple statement, reminding would-be witch-hunters that the winners intentions may not have been bad. Just relax!
And what he says is true, people witch hunt giveaway winners on this site all the time.
And yes, to some of us, it does matter how he got the bundle.

Fuck! I sent Portal 1 gift to a winner. But he had had this game before. It was a few days ago, but i didn't know to do. Now it's too late.

First of all, this isn't anything major, just the HIB2, but I noticed the person who won already owns the games in the bundle. I plan on asking what his intentions are when I catch him online, but what are my options here? Depending on his explanation, I may be happy to give him the key, but is there any ability for me to just relist my gift without getting a black mark on my account for not sending a gift?
