Little problem with sacks of gems.

So i was going to get Life Is Strange Episode 1 today, normal trade no problem. But when i bought Sack Of Gems i notice they are not tradeable, thanks Volvo. Anyway i must wait week until its tradeable, but if i unpack it and to pack it again it will be tradeable?
