How many times are you blacklisted?
I've witnessed about 10 or so. 7/10 of them were folk who didn't like how I said I preferred AMD > Nvidia.
As for the other 3/10 that I have noticed? Can't say, I've never spoken to them in my life.

I had one person who BL me because I did too many fast giveaways (2 hrs duration) one week. I mean come on, I also do some that are open for 3 weeks. But to each their own.
I have also noticed at times I am BL by people who I never heard of or had contact with so I have no idea how mnay times I am BL'd. So I am sure what ever the number is it is always growing. lol

Just saying 'cause I once got a winner who didn't comment on the giveaway at all, and after receiving the gift they didn't even thank me after they won. I expect at least one chat message that goes along the line "OMG I won! o:" or "Thank you soooo much! :D", but nope, not even a single peep of word, even when I was directly in contact with them after the giveaway. All they did was accept it and marked it as received. Welp, straight into the blacklist you go. <_<
If you have the time to accept the gift and mark it as received why can't you spare the time to just type a single "Thank you"? God.

No, I was referring to the same situation you've described. I expect to get any activity from the winner - the best option is some message after winning, but it would be fine to get any comment (text, link, image, video - anything) while the GA is still ongoing.

One person that started a giveaway at least at the start vowed to blacklist anyone that entered to win said giveaway. They later modified the conditions some, but still, that's likely the dumbest "reason" I've seen so far. That said, how would anyone even be able to tell how many times they've been blacklisted?

Intel is superior but AMD have better price/performance ratio in budget segment :)
I personally have AMD X4 860k @ 4.4Ghz on cheap mobo and 9 years old CPU cooler Scythe Mugen ;)
Intel's sucks on this side because new sockets are not compatible backwards and you are force to buy new coolers, AMD on other hand use this same mounting since Socket 754 :)

I definitely prefer AMD GPU over anything nVidia myself. Both for the price/performance ratio as well as the way nVidia bullies the industry into using proprietary technologies which are designed to run like shit on competitor's hardware.

The only possible scenario is a guy who indeed creates ONLY invite giveaways, and do not participate in any groups neither public giveaways, and has never created other giveaway than invite only. I am yet to see such guy.

I don't know if that has anything to do with the level, maybe it's just more usual to notice it when a high lvl user blacklists you cause they are more activ in the forum, so it's more common that you click on a GA link and notice that you've been blacklisted.

Don't really know how many times I've been blacklisted, I've never been notified and haven't noticed giveaways I can't enter; but, then I often only enter for games on my wishlist. So I'm guessing 1-10.

(I guess I'm just too compartmentalized to link a TV show with the steamgifts blacklist regardless of the title being the same... I never thought about the two in the same thought. Same thing with the games Sequence and Sequence. Both games, one in my steam library that I had played many hours of, another I'd played with my family as a board/card game. I'm pretty confident it's 74 or 75 times. I have checked it by checking almost all the active community members and i keep a track of that number simply because i counterblacklist them. Generally, with only 3 exceptions in the 12 months i am on SG, i do not blacklist anyone even if they are leechers or rule breakers.
