I know you said no turn based, but still I'd suggest picking up XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Although the battle with aliens is turn based it is totally full of action and it even has some RPG elements, as your soldiers level up after each mission.

Also due to some degree of randomness, the game is pretty replayable and VERY addicting.

Oh almost forgot, due to the game coming with every single Bioshock Infinite preorder, you can easily get it for 20$, possibly less.

Received my $20 and bought FEZ and Fallout: New Vegas, along with the Courier's Stash DLC. Thanks for the help everyone.
