I'd love to see Anachronox making an appearance there (though it being on GOG is somewhat a relief). Then there's some that other people mentioned already; Minecraft, System Shock series, Silent Hill 2: Director's Cut + SH3 + SH4 (they all had PC ports) in addition to the first game (never had a port), To The Moon (comin'), Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge, KOTOR 2 (if possible with the restoration project as an optional download), Legacy of Kain series, Flower and Journey, etc.
Others would be Heretic 2 (best one from the series, all the others are there, why not this one?), Anachronox as mentioned before, the old Carmageddon games, even TDR 2000, Postal 2 (maybe 1 as well), and last but not beast, DEADLY PREMONITION. That game needs so much more love.
EDIT - Also, Hitman: Contracts. Couldn't they just remove that one song that causes the copyright issue and release the game already?

It's not so easy and comfortable. Too many games (that I need) are not available for me (about 30). And I have to trade for each of them.
It takes a long time. I just want to be able to buy these games for myself via Steam.
PS: Sorry for offtop.

Since no one mentioned it so far I'll say the Parasite Eve series. The second was one of my all time favourite games even if the reviews weren't the best. Some things could definitely be better but I really loved the Action-RPG combat in that one, even more so on the higher difficulty levels, which IMO really make it shine. The original, sadly, never saw a release in PAL but it's on the top of my backlog. The 3rd birthday got mixed reviews but I'd like to try it as well. Good thing there are emus because some companies seem like they don't want your money or, worse yet, are content with ripping you off with horrible ports. Here's to hoping for a proper sequel without Toriyama's bad writing.

MARRY ME. Parasite Eve 2 is another game along with Vagrant Story I love and all. Played through 21 times (no kidding), even on hardest mode with baton and magic only. First one is also good, but mostly for the story, while second one has solid gameplay, but somewhat weak plot.

I completed Nightmare without using any consumable items (except for proteins and lipsticks) but not with baton/magic only, is that even possible? I played through it more than 21 times. In fact, I got stuck in the Melissamaya code for a year and a half (no internets at the time) and the only guide I had mistyped I for 1 (that guide accidentally ended up in the toilet, fate's a bitch :P). That didn't get in my way, I replayed the game up to that point some 20-30 times until I actually got bored and decided to try to find out what was wrong with that code. Some time after solving it I found out that the solution was in some magazine that Yoshida guy had but I swear, I looked under every nook and cranny and never found it. There aren't many games like that...
I should say I am honoured by your offer but I'm afraid I'll have to turn it down, sorry :)

I feel it's not hard, but last boss(es) without additional MP potions? Wow. And you just gave me an idea for another replay!
but not with baton/magic only, is that even possible?
Of course, I did that. It's easier than it sounds, just monotonous at some battles (Rook Golems (gray ones) for instance). But it is fun at how you are supposed to use limited MP, since you cannot buy any additional potions. Lipsticks ftw. last boss(es) I killed with magic only, since it's almost impossible to reach them with baton and it deals almost no damage compared to dirty cheap Pyrokinesis, for example.
In fact, I got stuck in the Melissamaya code for a year and a half (no internets at the time)
I also got stuck there (no internets sucks), and previously at cash register (baaad english; easy if you know it). And replayed the game 9000+ times just because I wanted a miracle to happen.
You may find the magazine at living quarters of scientists, on one of the bed. It's a noticable thing on it, but I think you should examine the bed few times in a row to obtain it.

Dodging is very important, if you are good at it and have a good strategy then the only attack that should give you trouble is Eve's multiple energy balls, they are very difficult to consistently dodge. It will be a long battle but if you save MP by not getting hurt then you have enough for energyshot which should be very helpful with the shitty equipment you have. Try keeping the best limited ammo for the last bosses.
It does sound kind of boring but I might give it a try + no items. That would be hell.
I examined everything it that game many times, including those quarters after reading the "Will return it soon, Yoshida" note in the lab but somehow missed it. The comments really gave character to Aya and the game and being thorough was often rewarded with goodies.
No twins as far as I know but I have a doppelganger in the same city as me. Once they even confused me for him and I went along with it for the lulz.

Oh, then this: read the bulletin board at the place where you are supposed to input the code for a few times (until you read about the magazine), after that go to living quarters and it'll be there. Honestly, I noticed this on my 17th-18th replay. What a shame.
What about colourful tiles in south-east part of Neo Ark, did you know? It triggers new monster spawns few times, not to mention a secret boss fight.

That's what I've done several times but I kept missing it. I read about the solution long after the last time I played but I'll make sure to check in my next replay, whenever that may be. I knew about the tiles, I was very thourough and always got 100% elimination except for once where I think I somehow managed to miss a single fight.

I really want the old LucasArts adventure games, such as Day of the Tentacle or Grimm Fandango. The lesser known ones, too, such as Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders. There is no way to get any of those games digitally, (except some of them, like the first two Monkey Islands and Loom and maybe a few more) and all of these games have been out of print for a long time, it's hard to buy a copy of them.

Age of Mythology, Jazz Jackrabbit 1-2, Freelancer, HEROES OF MIGHT AND MAGIC 1-3!, Zanzarah, THE NEVERHOOD!, Age of Pirates (Corsairs in Russia), Cultures 1-3, The Sims (Original ones) and some old quests for children like Putt-Putt, Pajama Sam, Freddi Fish and Spy Fox (they're awesome, we have The Secret of Monkey Island and DeathSpank on steam, why can't we have this ones from Ron Gilbert?). Oh yeah, and the original Tomb Raider (1,2,3, etc). And I forgot about original Rayman and Worms 2-3-World Party as well.

Not exactly dying to see it available on steam, but...
Whatever, this free online game

What game Steam has not and you OHMYGODWANTWANTWANT to see there? Games like Mass Effect 3 doesn't count, name something less known. Games simply not available for your region doesn't count as well.
For me, it is Vagrant Story. I doubt a lot of you heard what this underrated game is. Instead of writing an essay (google, if you're interested), I'll put it short. If I see this game on Steam and with achievements, expect me to stop answering PMs, visit forum and chats, enter giveaway and sleep. I'll be playing it untill my hands are dried out. Will play it lengthwise and crosswise and then again. Second playthrough offers you a lot of new things.
/dream mode off
I love Vagrant Story.
