AvP 2010 mouse problem

Few days ago i won subj.
Today i tried to running it, but in first mariner mission can't do anything.
Female voice said that i should look around, but it looks like mouse doesn't work. (But in menu mouse pointer moving).
Google didn't help.

Anybody meet such problem?

Do you have a controller or joystick plugged in? If so, try unplugging it.

Hm... Not sure. I think my controller unplugged, but not sure. Thanks for advice.

try to look around with keyboard and paly with mouse sensitivity

I tried every key, except "F-keys". Worked only "Esc" (shows to menu) and "Tab" (shows empty objectives list or something like that).
Mouse moving in menu, so i think it's not sensitivity problem.
