Dang, you just missed the sale at GMG for Xcom collection, which was at $20 with a coupon. It included XCOM EU, Enemy Within, that other DLC (I forgot what it was), all 4 classic xcom games, and it included a free copy of The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.

Usually nuuvem has xcom:eu at the best price. You can get it for less than 5€ if there's a sale going on. And don't worry about the site being from brazil, they're reputable and an offical seller.

i never even thought of a sales aggregator like isthereanydeal.com thanks for the help, today i believe that patience wins out, i shall wait for the steam sales and pray for a 75-90% off

Which xcom? There is/was a guy at here My recommendation is that you check first if he still has keys since he wont be selling anymore.
