Questions About Gotham City Impostors (Sorry,for re-post)

I bought it and really like it,so i sayed to my friend to buy it too.

So he bought it and he found 2 problems:

1-)While he was taking a look at the DLCs,he find out that he can't buy the XP Solo dlc,he really wanted it,any opnions on that?

2-)While logging into GFWL he find an error called 0x80072751,anyone know how to fix it?

If anyone can awnser me the 2 questions(especially the 2nd one)please comment below!

1-)But the dlc is available for his region,he just can't add it to the cart.

2-)He told me that he tried something like that before,but maybe this one is more complete,i will send this link soon as he enters on steam.

1) Tell him not to feed the DLC machine. It only makes future DLC more and more stupid.
