Do what the other people here have said, and in the meantime, click "Yes" again under "gifts won" and it will go back to waiting for feedback. No need to give the guy $20 CV for 7 days or until it gets handled.

Also, can't hurt to talk to the guy and tell him he needs to give you the full game or you're reporting it.
