A question about receiving gifts

Hello awesome Steamgifts people,
I did a Portal give away a week ago now (http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/fklv5/portal) but the winner still hasn't claimed their winnings, what can I do, I remember there's some sort of rule about not accepting after a week.

Just wondering that's all :)

After a week, I think it's safe to put it up for a new giveaway. 7 days is the limit to accept/offer winnings.
