The Steam Giveaway no contributor value

i honestly don't mind since i have a 2nd tradable copy that can give out anyway XD

i don't really mind about the decrease in contributor status
i just wanted to give this game to somebody that wanted it since i have so many extra copies

I wasn't one of those people who jumped on the bandwagon and did a giveaway just to get contributors status lol

I got the game and liked it, and i had some extra copies, so i made the giveaway so other people could play it as well

When i made this giveaway last week, there weren't that many giveaways for the ship

they skyrocketed in the day or 2 after I made this

tl;dr It's the more recent ship giveaways that are idiotic, not mine

the only post i saw was from a person who gave out a private giveaway of the ship to 1 person and expected contributor status from it

i didn't find any other posts about it when i checked lol
