Game worth and level gains

Hey guys. Im new to steamgifts. And the FAQ does not clearly cover this---
So I found that level is based on the game amount of the games you enter in giveaways. But how much does the amount increase the level? or how much game worth will it take to reach, say, level 5? for example.

Not 100% complete, but if a game is not on the list, it's not on the list because it was free and cannot be given away. Don't give it under a similar name :)
