I should have 50 Contribution points now after Giving this away, but it seems I'm still at 30.

When he made them, they were Gold. I think they just altered the name of the entry in the database, so now they're all GOTY even though it said Gold when he made them.

Yea, I'd say having your giveaway deleted four times is a sign you shouldn't keep trying.
In any case, it's because it's a bundle game. You only get up to 20% of your non-bundle-game value from bundle games because of people trying to cheat the system.

Contribution points maxes out at 30 when all you ever give away are bundle games. Once you give out something that you didn't get from a bundle or exploited, you get 20% of the value of the bundle stuff.
