PS3 DOWNLOAD MESSED UP!

Hey! So I have been having trouble with my PS3, and its messed up now. I added some funds to my wallet on the PS Store yesterday (On my computer). I went on the PS Store on my PS3 and i had to install an update. I then got Goat Simulator on the PS Store on my PS3.At first it was acting wierd, and the download wouldn't start. I finally got it after turning it off different ways a few times. Then, when i went to leave the PS store, i got a black screen. I turned it off again, and it worked. BUT then my download wouldn't start. I turned it off a few different ways aswell, and i began. Then i paused it to play LBP, and then it wouldn't start back up after un pausing it (the download). I left it for a while and then turned it back on, not touching anything. I went to 24% before i checked it, and it froze. My bro went to play The Last Of Us later on, and he got a black screen (the download was still going). He tryed to pause it, and it froze (he could still hold down the PS button and turn the system off). He eventually did it, and could play his game. I went and unpaused the download, and it didn't go up, so i tryed to cancel it, but it wouldn't. It freezes everytime i pause it, so what do i do? :(
