Well, most of times, when you can see it's getting abused. But AFAIK this one already was in bundle.

No, but this one in particulary has been bundled before, so I wouldnt recommend making a giveaway of it just to get CV.

I had to double check because of what Psyko said but didnt found anything that says it becomes "bundled" if it has a 95% discount, but maybe I misread.

it's not in the faq. but that's what cg does. even if it's not 95% or more but becomes to that price because of the 4-pack and russian prices, they're added to bundle list. of course this is unlikely to happen anymore considering no cross-region trading.
