I suspect immanitas ent to steal lot of game (on her profil itch they have more than 100 game and a lot was sell on steam and have another editor(and dev)) also on steam they was editor for 10 game only

the other option it's a company create by some dev/editor for make contract with lootboy..
they have website where they say they are editor for all this game

There's no real mystery here. Immanitas Entertainment Gmbh is a publisher of many games, in Itch.io too, and that doesn't mean the game creators can't publish their own games or publish them through other publishers (unless they sign an exclusivity contract). Also some games have disappeared from the creators' pages and are now only published by Immanitas.

My guess is that Immanitas reached an aggreement with Lootboy to provide them lots of cheap Itch.io keys. I don't know if there's another kind of relationship between them, e.g. one owning part or whole of the other.

Curiously, they have a list of almost 500 PC/Mac games and more than 500 mobile games in their webpage, yet no means to acquire them there, nor links to other stores including Itch.io and Steam.

So to clear your doubts, both game versions are "real", they are the same game, but I'd trust in getting the latest version from the author's page. Dunno how often or even if Immanitas ever updates their published games.
