Diamonds can be used to purchase the premium lootpacks in the diamond section
The names of the lootpacks only describe the exclusive loot for that pack! In most cases you just get something from the general pool for all packs, wich contains Origin/Uplay/GOG/Steam/whatever games. So even if you get the "Supreme Steam" pack, you may not get a steam game!
You now get a special golden lootpack after every tenth premium lootpack you open.
You can scrap cards that you don't want for 100 coins each (after you revealed the code it's only 10 coins)
You get 350 coins for reading the comics (new one each friday)
The 2000 coins Lootpacks are mostly useless trash
If you get a duplicate key or have some other problem, try contacting their support :) - Here or write a mail to: support@lootboy.de/support@lootboy.com
The iOS/Amazon version of the app doesn't have all the stuff, there are no offers on the bonus wall and the redeem-code button is missing.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.

Is it worth my time emailing Lootboy or whoever, to get diamonds for things in the "Diamond Quest Bonus Wall" that I've Completed but are stuck on the Started phase? I've got over 1000 diamonds worth that are stuck. Asking as I saw someone else complaining about their level 14 castle

I would definitely do that. I'm still levelling up my castle to 14, but if I don't get my diamonds, I will mail them. If I still don't get them I will leave a bad review on their app as well.

I did the "Hit a level 2 monster" challenge, didn't get any diamonds, contacted the Lootboy support and they told me to contact Supersonic or something like that because they couldn't solve the problem.
I tried to look on Supersonic and they want me to provide the time I unlocked the reward with a screenshot, the one I provided (when hitting a level 2 monster for the second or third time, a screenshot I took just to send them the proof I achieved the reward) wasn't good so yeah, just don't bother with those tasks guys, probably something will go wrong, you'll lose time, wasting the battery of your smartphone to do those rewards and get nothing in return. Just stick with free coins and daily diamonds.

It's in the lootboy app. Certainly, the offers change depending on your region, I'd expect most regions to be in, but IDK. There's also a survey version and a daily verision

You can, but indeed changes are they are duped so it's on own risk, I never did it because of that, I just check if anyone in my friends list has a game wishlisted or I ask here.

jk, I'm still a few diamonds away from my first pack so I don't know how often duplicates appear. you might don't wanna risk it. Maybe drop them with another GA's or give them in an event or giveaway group on steam or even a friend who might enjoy the games

Failed to redeem code, timed out.
Now it says network error when I try to redeem a code
The site is doing great! I also had to click 3 times for the daily gold and still don't manage to get my daily diamonds!

Just spam the redeem button, had the same error but after lots of retries it worked.

Edit and now they say I did the 2 free diamonds of today while I never received them, oh and after 30+ tries the code still doens't work :(

I think they are using google recaptcha on the code entry, maybe if you are flagged by google's system you might have to try several times until it works.

They should really get rid of that, it gives way to much trouble, I tried many times but codes just don't redeem, even on another browser or when I restart my browser without add-ons, it sucks! :(

Yes, before it worked just to shut down my add-ons, now that doesn't even work and I just keep trying until it works.
Don't know if they changed something and maybe because of bots but if even more and more normal people can't use it, it's bad!

Lol, the danger zone and fsa packs have the same description after you click/tap them.. do they pretty much dole out the same crap or should I expect some csgo skins or a higher chance for csgo game key or what
