I really doubt they would be revoked; from my understanding that only happens in extreme circumstances, like the dev discovers they were purchased fraudulently.
I would say there is a real possibility for Lootboy to run out of keys for particular games, or shut down the site, so make sure you reveal your keys and copy them elsewhere if you're not going to redeem them right away.

Pretty sure once issued, their valid. Some smaller game companies might revoke a whole batch, but doubtful. I was worried about that too. I scratched off and logged in a text file everything unredeemed. They might start poping as used more often if they don't have more stock but people keep getting some games.. Not sure how all that works. I sorted mine by cards & no cards, the by price and then by giveaway value (normal/reduced/zero) I'll probably give away most/all the nocards normal value. I have about 15 nocards, 13 w/ cards, then another 6 i'm undecided on what to do with, might go to housemates. most expensive game i ever got was warhammer 40k mechanius, $29.99, but reduced giveaway value. My best giveaway values are Radio General, $19.99 full value, Unformed $14.99 full value, Smart factory tycoon (has cards too) $14.99 full value, I only have one other full value Ruins to rumble $8.99.

Oh, I assume lots of people do, but I have a ton of items/starters/etc for a ton of random games even after scraping hundreds. Anyone know of a spot or spots where maybe I can post a list so maybe some rare soul who actually plays that random game can find it? Besides here, maybe reddit? If you don't mind it taking a while you can create a secondary steam account in the USA through Hola VPN (it's the only free one that works as far as I know) and then activate the card there, you'll have to wait a couple of weeks in order to use the market but once you have access you can simply buy some expensive item and send it to your main account where you can sell it again to turn it into wallet funds. You'll lose so money doing it this way but it's better than having the card go to waste.

Use VPN and change your Steam region, redeem the card and change back to your original region.
Steam has a cooldown of 30 days for changing region.

I wouldn't risk changing the region through a public VPN cause it's against the ToS and it can be easily tracked. Some people who tried to escape to Turkey have told me that they just get an error at checkout when they try to buy a game while a popular VPN is on.
