I don't think so. I've opened more than 50 and didn't get any steam key. But you can get diamonds.

Yes there is a chance. But it is a very small chance. I obtained three keys opening more than 100.
However, this was before the introduction of diamonds.

They had a small subset of very low-profile Steam games early on, but those ran out quick and it's been ages since I've seen anyone reporting getting anything but German-exclusive discount codes and promo codes from the basic lootcoin pack (meaning if there are still keys in there, they're quite rare). The site has since apparently introduced a small chance of getting diamonds from the pack, but according to posts in this thread the odds are low enough that it's not remotely worth the investment.

Going practice seems to be to save the coins until a more appealing coin pack drops. If you're German and play a lot of F2P microtransaction games and buy a lot of gamer gear then the basic pack might be worth it, but- from my own measurable experiences- I can't imagine anyone else'd have even the slightest interest in the pack, especially as the discounts and promotions I came across seemed to be fairly typical for the games and sites in question [ie, standard promotional rather than special exclusive offer].

Lootboy doesn't distinguish between platforms and, near as I can tell, pulls from the same pool of games for every pack. Packs are instead labeled by their exclusives- which, in the case of the Full Steam Ahead pack, are Steam wallet codes. Since you didn't get one of the exclusives for that pack, you got [any random PC game] as a consolatory prize.

Put another way, you didn't make any mistakes; Any pack would presumably have had similar odds of pulling a non-Steam game.

. It seems that the contents of several of the PC packs are actually very alike with the Steam pack, the difference lies in that the PC game packs contain several featured games. So I am wondering whether the games contained in the PC packs are on Steam or just DRM-free games.
