If you open their website you should have 4 menu buttons at the bottom. The last one is for the diamond stuff :)
There you should fine the premium packs for 100 diamonds each :)
It's best to use the coins on the 2000 coin lootpack and hope for some rare diamonds....I don't think it's possible to get a steam key out of them now with the diamond system running.
If you get the steam premium pack you should get a game with each pack but the "quality" varies very much. It can be a game that has just been free or something from a bundle. If you're lucky you get something from humble monthly :) But it's also possible that it is a game for GOG or something like that :/

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
