the game is with the Alienware Coupon stacking available for 3.4 € in EUR TIER #2 ... i'm myself in EU-#1 and its 6.8€ with the coupon
since stacking coupons are not really "normal" but eastern devs don't seem to mind (Shadow Warrior, Talos) ... i don't know
seems to me not worth waiting > and making use of the stacking coupons while they really stack

Just converted 3.40 € to dollars and $3.65 is probably as cheap as you'll ever get it. Billy Mays voice Buy it now!

Nah, it's happened a few times before.
See BluewolfCA's comment below.
Games bought from the Steam store are at risk, because some currencies can buy it at a much cheaper price. As long as a game reaches 95% off, it'll go into the bundle list to prevent giveaway abuse - doesn't matter what currency. Yeah, it sucks, but unfortunately that's how it works.
You could stick with 3rd party sites like Humble since those don't use multiple currencies, so they are "safe" from games getting retroactively bundled.

Wanna guess how I feel? I've been holding on to a gift copy I bought in a normal 50% off sale for ages now, trying to decide how to give it away, cause just a plain GA was boring and I never took the time to create a nice puzzle...
Oh well, it's not a perfect system, but so far all ideas for "better" systems I heard had flaws somewhere...

Same here, bought 2 copies on the 40% sale during Halloween. Now I was able to get 3 coupons that could stack with the higher discount of 66%, but it's still 6.8€ here which means I'd pay more than the CV would give me (6$). Not to say that my first 2 copies were much more anyways..

No, two examples that retroactively affected to my own CV:
Shadow Warrior (40P) (similar case, game with stackable coupons)
Silent Hill Homecoming (40P)
Another example from today:
Celebrat10n TrackMania Complete Pack (60P): This was a price glitch from Korea.

Any game that reaches a 95% off threshold in any market region compared to the US retail price is put on the bundle list.
The site that was giving out thousands of stackable coupons for the game that could be combined with a Steam sale likely pushed it to that threshold in the RU+CIS region.
It sucks, but it keeps the CV/level system from being abused by people in regions like RU+CIS who can buy games far more cheaply than most other places in the world.

It sucks, but it's not stupid.
If SG allowed what you were asking then the high-level users on this site would be dominated by countries with the cheapest game prices in US dollars (i.e. currently Russia).
As far as making a puzzle, pick another game! Lots of good unbundled stuff on sale right now.

Nope, I had a puzzle all thought out and ready, just for this, somewhat connected to the game itself...
So this game suffers and despite never being bundled becomes "bundled" just because Aliensomething has a stackable (? - I thought those didn't exist) coupon, and the publisher of TTP is a good guy that understands the concept of regional pricing...
It all comes down to the coupon.
I still stand by this "bundling" decision to be stupid.

This does resonate with me. I've always payed attention to what you say about games as you really have a way of maintaining little to no bias. I have never played Pillars or The Witcher III (both wishlist games to get some day) and have only played the demo of Talos, but even the demo blew me away. Have you played the DLC? Is that worth it?

I am not sure but i think there is some kind of pricing error. Singapore store is usual price S$19.99 discounted to S$6.79. A few days or week ago it was usual price of S$39.99. Steam db on US Price is US$39.99 discounted to US$13.59. So I am wondering if there is reduction to usual price of US$19.99 and steamdb is not updating or a mistake on steam that reduce the usual price for some region.

If you really want the game, 9% difference wouldn't be worth waiting.

So Midweek Madness on Steam has some sweet titles on sale now, one of them being The Talos Principle at 66%
And I still have that 50 % stackable Alienware coupon for it.
So what do you think guys? Should I get it now or wait for the Winter Sale?
Do you think it will be at least 75% off on the Winter Sale?
I really want the game, but with current obligations and exams, I wouldn't be able to play it by New Years Eve anyhow....
Oh and coupon expires on 1/1/2016, so there is a possibility to buy it during Winter Sale if it goes on Sale before New Years Eve.
