Question about the guidelines!

First of all I think you want to say "intend to" and not "pretend to", I'm not English native, so I might be wrong.
Secondly, you can do whatever you want in your group as long as you are not selling drugs to kids, you should be fine.
Is your ideia gonna have people joining? Probably not many! But hey... You never know!

SG has a very clearcut policy on giveaways. You can do whatever you want to restrict access to giveaways (so long as it doesn't violate other rules, such as advertising restrictions on SG as a site) but you can't invalidate entries once they've been made.

In other words, as there's no method available which can be used to restrict access to group (or public) giveaways, you can't prohibit group giveaway entries from being submitted, and they would have to be treated as valid regardless of whether or not the users met your expectations.

This gives you two options: First, create private giveaways and grant access to the giveaways to those who qualify. In your case, perhaps somehow releasing private giveaways steadily to the spotify group, if that's possible. Second, have membership in the spotify group as a prerequisite for accepting their group join request, and then periodically check your members to see if they're still in the spotify group (and boot them if they aren't).

As far as i understand, you want to make a group on steam and make giveaway for people in that group. And you want to make restricted "group only" giveaways and public giveaway for people in the spotify group. Here a few problem:

• You can not make the requirement is joining the official group's playlist on spotify directly, since steamgifts does not support that.
• Public giveaways are supposedly public, the only restriction is minimum level.
• Group giveaways are only depend on steam group.

Here a few solutions for this:

• Make invite only giveaway and send the link to everyone in the spotify group.
• Add people from the spotify group to the steam group and make group only giveaway for the steam group.
• Whitelist people from the spotify group and make a whitelist only giveaway.
