Don't worry about "not received", if they grant you the reroll - it won't matter.

I think your reason for not giving the game to the winner is kind of important. It's kind of a dick move.

Don't worry about it getting marked as not received by the original winner. As soon as it gets rerolled, their feedback will be deleted anyway. You shouldn't mark it as urgent as the mods don't like unnecessary urgent tickets, it really won't work in your favour. When it does get rerolled, a new winner will be automatically picked from the entrants, and you get 7 days to complete the gifting process.

first of all:
if you want to request a new winner, the giveaway should have ended exact 7x 24 hours ago. so exact 7 days, not 6 days.

You'll be granted a reroll if:

• you request it after 7 days and it's clear the winner wasn't online the last 7 days
• the winner was online in those 7 days but didn't reply to either your mail or friend request on steam

as others have mentioned, if you get a reroll, the feedback of the previous winner is discarded
