That's obviously the base game. I didn't find anything about its price. The price usually depends on the price it had before getting removed from the steam store and how many years have passed since its removal. For example, games like Mafia cost over 120 keys, I think. But Mafia can't be found on the steam store, while EVE online can be found, but the buy option has been removed, since it's free.

if it's premium it could be worth ~12 keys. not sure about the base game since it's free now, maybe for a collector.

I checked OP's inventory, and it is the default version. I'm guessing OP was approached by a collector who may wish to display it in their inventory or on the showcase. I'm pretty sure there was a similar thing with DotA 2 gift copies earlier

If you ever played the normal EVE your account can't get the benefits of the upgraded editions they require a new account to be made so my guess is that the person who wanted it wants to create a new account with the 14 or 30 day free subscription.

Everything that is not available to purcuase anymore has huge value for collectors for god fucking know what reason .
Steam trading card BETA is 10$ , Dota 2 is like 20 ...some gifts of removed games go for over 50$ which is like 3 times their original value ...
