Games we loved years ago, that still stand the test of time.

I actually have a couple, won't use all of them, just two that i have fired up recently and still love.

First one is "Stubbs the Zombie" absolutely loved the humor in this game, plus eating brains was super fun, as the people turned into zombies in front of you, needs a sequel... with a hell of a lot more zombies, i think max on screen was about 15 or so, plus best ending in a zombie love story ever.

And second is of course, the best Star wars game 'yet' (Kotor is a close second best, but this un' steals it for me) Star wars Battlefront 2.

i'll let you guys reminisce about that one for a bit...

done remembering those amazing battles? re-living the movie? playing as Vader and cutting down rebel scum? amazing game when your mates came round and you all had a laugh!

So guys, what two games still stand the test of time for you?

Dungeon Keeper 2... Recently finished and still the same joy..

Also Blizzard games.. Warcraft 3, Starcraft 1, Diablo 2.. Still nice games..

I never could get into Dungeon Keeper 2. I love DK1, play it again like every year, but something always annoy me about DK2 and I end it after few levels.
Maybe it's those graphics - first 3d games aged much worse then last so-called 2,5d games.

I couldn't get on with Earth 2150 at all. Played Earth 2140 a lot and loved it, and have Earth 2160, but still much prefer the original.

Come on people, lets get back to the real games. Super Mario Bros. One of my favorite games of all time. Still have yet to beat it without using the warps. v.v +1 On Battlefront 2

I played the precursor game Panzer Dragon on the Genesis and also on PC-CDrom.
I enjoyed it and sadly never had the chance to experience what you did.

I loved that game. Every time someone mentions it, i want to go play it. The story is great. And you don't know who you are really up against to near the end.

Personally I loved Fallout 2 the first time I played it many years ago. I tried to play it again 2-3 years ago but it just didn't seem as fun anymore. The atmosphere is still amazing though.
