Can I charge PayPal account in a post office?

Can I? I'm in Czech Republic.

So I can buy some games on Steam and giveaway them here too. And maybe people that cried that I gave away only Dota 2 and they gave away games from their mom's wallet will stop crying though.

I don't believe so. This helps to prevent fraud.

Edit* Might have misunderstood the question. What do you mean charge a Paypal account in a post office? Paypal uses credit/debit cards and bank accounts to add funds. That or people can send money to your Paypal account.

Send physical money through post office to PayPal, and they will charge your account with them, no with credit cards or something. 1 guy told me it's possible in Poland, so I don't know...

I looked through Paypal's website, but it doesn't look like it in the US at least.
