Hopefully not needed this week
The obvious thing that each character is missing is a class. Indeed, each character has recently taken on a Prestige Class. I had indicated that there was an acrostic. The first letters of each sentence in the first paragraph read PRESTIGE and in the second sentence read CLASSES. Now it was a matter of figuring out from the rules, which prestige class each character had. Usually it was a reserved feat that proved it, for example the D&D character has Secrets of Inner Strength, which is limited to a single class.
These presetige classes are:
Star Wars: Elite Trooper
Dungeons and Dragons: Loremaster
Deadlands: Texas Ranger
Living Spycraft: Field Analyst
Now the text tells you that you need to spot the anagram/acronym. Taking the Acronyms we get E-T-L-T-R-F-A. Anagramming these yields only one word, FLATTER which is the solution.

Greetings all,
Last week, I told you all that I was working really hard to try to get together a really ambitious puzzle together for this week. Riddles, logic puzzles, a very little bit of wordplay, and as intricate a nested group of puzzles as I have ever written. I figured I needed one more week to get it done, but I had neglected an all week business trip to Copenhagen last week, with work dinners every night, and my getting back to my hotel room at midnight. The long and the short of it is that nothing got done, so here is another puzzle to tide you over. It is a pure role-playing-games puzzle (D20 in fact), and I call it, a Collection of Classy Characters. It is a One question ITH puzzle and it is here
The puzzle runs until Friday 21 May and ends, as all of my others at 23:00 GMT.
Given that it is an RPG puzzle, the prize this week is an RPG. It is Dungeons: the Dark Lord (http://store.steampowered.com/app/200550/)
Note that this week's puzzle is a real RPG-nerd puzzle. There may be some light research. That being said, I have tried to use games which have rulebooks or other appropriate resources available on the web.
I really hope that my big puzzle will run starting next weekend. Sorry again, Mikalye
