Does anyone know if any of the new steam shops are ROW?

South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Emirates started today. Was wondering if any of them are ROW anyone know?

I can confirm that South Africa has its own region now. Plus all the games are region locked.

depends on the game, even the current ROW regions occasionally differ quite a bit in price.
For example Talos Principle is almost 50% cheaper in Euro2 than USA.

I think that as long as you have a currency other than USD or Euros(or Pounds for the British) it's region locked.Otherwise, I really can't see why would they add a new region without region locking it.

That's just my personal assumption so don't quote me on this.Hope someone will show up that will tell for sure.

There are a few exceptions for that: Japanese yen, Norwegian krone, Canadian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, and probably more I'm not recalling right now. These are usually slightly cheaper that the USD/€/£ price.

Yeah I know about these exceptions (wanted to edit and say but forgot :D), but in general if they add a new currency and it's prices are much lower it's locked.

All three are confirmed to be locked. Currently the only non USD/EUR regions I know that are not locked are UK, Canada, Norway, and Japan (but some Japanese devs have their games locked for Japan + SEA).
Not sure about Oz and NZ.

Korea is ROW but then again there is only 3.04 Korean users on Steam so Volvo don't care
