What's wrong with the steam trading card drops now?

I know they added the 2 hours thing, but I have been idling a game for 6 hours and only got 1 card? -_-

I have around 10 games waiting to be played for cards, but sometimes I try the game out and if I don't like it, I leave it to get cards. Came back, only 1 card.

Stealth Inc. 2? That can't be right...most of my friends and myself took only 4 hours, including the 2 hour refund period thingy. Were you playing some other game at the same time?

well that's the problem. Even if you run Stealth Inc 2 first and then something else, as SquireZed mentioned below, if it's not the only thing being played the rate will be slow...

If you have more than one game running it's going to take much longer; you can't idle a game in the background anymore, it has to be the only steam game running.

I want to say it used to be set up so you could run one game "foreground" without any drops remaining and a second game would drop at roughly normal speed (maybe up to twice as much time per drop, but nothing ridiculous) but now it's just insane.

It took almost 13 hours to get all the drops from Burgers... and less than 3 hours to get cards from Attrition: Nuclear Domination.
EDIT: I am running only one games at a time for card drops.

People were complaining so much the devs finally lowered the time for Burgers cards :P
