well razer keyboards have sticking issues keys get stuck and random intervals (logically not physically )
i have a lycosa and it does that and my friend has a black widow 2012(i think) and it still does that
no clue if the 2013 model is fixed but i'd stay away from razer keyboards

I am using blackwidow 2013 ultimate right now, no sticking issues, but there's 1 time the keyboard goes haywire.
spamming random keys and hitting Enter automatically. Until then, all works fine.

I myself just had to get rid of my Blackwidow Ultimate (pre-2012 edition as I got it years back) and can say for sure that my specific model also had issues with the keys. Some keys would not register, double type or have delayed input (resulting in many frustrating moments trying to write something as simple as an e-mail).
I believe the problem was down to dust/dirt gathering under the keys. It would work for short durations and required a lot of maintenance to keep functional. But after a year or two of problems which got progressively worse I opted to try a Steelseries keyboard instead (Apex model) - though my new one is not mechanical and I do miss that a lot! But it can be a lot of work to keep functional unless they've made a lot of improvements to the Blackwidow design for the newest model.
Just my two cents, but at the end of the day decide to go with whatever you like the look of. Just remember it can cost a pretty penny, but when the keyboard was working it was a delight to use.
As for headsets I am afraid I can't help there as I opted for a Plantronics one myself a year or so back. The only advice I can say is look for something with a good warranty - mines came with 2 years and I have used it once to get a full replacement after an angry gaming session which caused some violent handling and cracking of the plastic (of course I told them it was just wear and tear).
And with the extra money I can only suggest something like maybe a nice, comfortable mouse-mat or mouse itself. Razer mice are great (I own a pre-2012 Mamba and have never had an issue with it) - too bad my own experience with their keyboards wasn't as pleasant.

Thanks a lot for the info, I don't think that there would be problems with the 2013 version.

I either don't need other stuff I found there or it's super expensive. for an example, Samsung 840 (not evo) 128GB Costs 122$ there.

Yeah I checked the store. Virtually nothing and the razer was like the only mechanical keyboard o_O
Pretty sad. Since you don't want new headphones (although I can always recommend upgrading, depending on which ones you already have) I'd say go for whatever...Just not the headsets.

Better give us a link to that shop. There should be something better than a shitty headset and a loud keyboard.

I hope you can manage with the Hebrew.
The giftcard's worth is 750 NIS.

I thought about getting a PS Vita, though I'll have to add 150$ (75% off the price from Amazon).
That's pretty much it.

Yes, I can add some funds. Thanks for the Headset, though I have a good one for music.
Vita is too expensive and I'll probably won't use it much...

It only happens when I raise or decrease the volume of the Headset in some spots, doesn't really bother me^^.

So I went for the Black widow. At first I wanted to get the regular edition + an SSD for a small additional price. Sadly they only have Black widow Ultimate and they don't plan on getting the regular version. I like the keyboard and I'm happy with the purchase, though I hope the sound won't disturb my family.

So I've got a giftcard for an expensive shop and my only 2 good options are these:
When it comes to the headset, I have already razer characias and I really love them.
The Tiamat should be a nice upgrade and I'll definitely love them.
The downside is that I'll have to pay extra money a bit, and the gap jump in the keyboard will be bigger.
When it comes to the keyboard, I have a simple Mircosoft one. I find it comfortable though and I do not have any problems with it.
The Razer Black Widow 2013 (Ultimate or non) is a mechanical keyboard, which should be much better.
I Haven't tested and mechanical keyboards and I can't test them, therefore I am a bit afraid that I won't like it.
Plus, I really don't like the fact that the keyboard is noisy and it may disturb me greatly when I'll play.
I'll have some extra money left too after the purchase, though there probably won't be anything I could buy.
What is your opinion?
Edit: So I went to the store to buy Black widow 2013 + an SSD for a small additional price.
Sadly they don't have the regular version anymore and they don't plan on getting it,
So I gave up on the SSD and got the Ultimate Edition.
The more I type with it the more I am happy about the purchase, as I am getting used to the keyboard.
I just hope it won't break in the future as some other Razer Products and that the sound won't disturb my family.
I'm not too sad about getting the ultimate edition though, because they just warp the SSDs with a thin Nylon. The horror.
I've got a 5% discount too because they couldn't provide me the regular version that they have on their website ^^.
