Can't speak for the bundle, but on the amazon page for 2, it says it requires Steam, so I'm assuming it's all Steam friendly.

Make sure to buy the one that is not Mixed DRM. They key of the first one from that pack does not work on steam.

Judging by the enthusiasm for the Prototype bundle, hopefully Amazon won't run out of keys like they did with the Square Enix bundle. And yes, I am going to be one of those people going to buy that bundle.

the adress should exist, use one from a restaurant or use borderlinx to get a US adress (Borderlinx works fine for me)

Chances are that if you're european like me you can't directly buy them D:, I had to give up the Square bundle last time because "This offer is no available in your country" or something like that.
