if u have a key (or old gift) for sub, u can make a ticket to support about adding this sub to giveaway list

Next time if something is missing from the list try contacting a moderator first to see if it can be added.

In the upper bar click Support -> Create a New Ticket. Then pick "Add game to the list" from the menu.
