That's my bad. btw, it actually worked for a moment, but failed again later. Besides, I have to reproduce the bug several times to tell EA advisors the error code and they ask to try again after 72 hours.

Hi guys, here's another reason for not buying anything on EA origin if you can get it from elsewhere, such as steam.
I try to buy bioware points for Mass Effect 3 dlcs about 2 weeks ago and EA's online purchase system went nuts and throws errors. So I contacted EA support (several times). Been told the issue was escalated to specialists.
At one point, an advisor explained to me the cause of my payment problem and assured me the problem will go away if I wait 72 hours. As an IT professional myself, I saw an error in her logic and pointed it out immediately her theory doesn't explain why the purchase failed in the first place. I expressed my doubts about waiting will solve nothing whatsoever. Are you going to tell me to wait another 72 hours if it doesn’t work? She reassured me again that the problem definitely will be solved within 72 hours.
Of course, the problem won’t go away as simple as that! After fired several more complains, I finally got an answer today. The solution is waiting for another 30 days!!! because I reached my transaction limit(Maybe it also counts the failed attempts, they asked me how many times I failed).
It actually become funny as they suggest using paypal instead of credit card to purchase. This is totally ridiculous! What kind of payment system EA got. It’s totally a joke. I feel like I was just buying from some random guy on ebay! Yeah, use Paypal. It worked great on ebay! we can’t handle credit cards which works perfect fine on any other websites but Origin.
Sigh It's such a shame Bioware was acquired by EA. :(
