Just a guess, but Cogs was one of the games in the Potato Sack Reunion pack Steam sold recently. If you bought that pack, perhaps that's where the extra copy of Cogs came from, because it would give you extras of any games you already owned.

I got a copy of "Cogs" from the potato sack and traded it saturday (with other items) for HiB#3. Yesterday I saw another copy of "Cogs" and another of "Rush" on my inventory. Still don't know what happened...
